辅 料: 美生菜1片,番茄片3片,奶酪片1片
调 料: 俄立冈香料1大匙,蒜泥1小匙,橄榄油1大匙,黑胡椒少许,盐少许
做法
1.将鸡胸肉均匀抹上所有腌料,冷藏12小时以上腌至入味备用
2.用平底锅(不放油)将腌好的鸡胸肉两面各煎1分钟,再放入烤箱以180摄氏度烤8分钟至熟,成为可口的香料鸡排备用
3.取1片全麦吐司,抹上美乃滋,依序铺上辅料,盖上第2片吐丝,抹上美乃滋,放上香料鸡排,再盖上第3片吐司便完成总汇三明治
4.在三明治的四边各插上牙签固定,用锯齿刀修去硬边,再将三明治直切或对角切成两半摆盘即可。
