【灵敏线】(sensitiveline)在发射光谱分析中,一般指激发电位较低的谱线。与所用仪器及实验条件有关,因而,分析中实际出现的灵敏线与理论上的灵敏线往往不一致。由激发态直接跃迁至基态所辐射的谱线称为“共振线”。当由较低能级的激发态(第一激发态)直接跃迁至基态时所辐射的谱线称为“第一共振线”,一般也是元素的最灵敏线。光谱线的强度,不仅与激发电位的大小、谱线的性质有关,而且与试样中该成分含量有关。当试样中该成分逐渐减小时,光谱数目亦相应减少
