To establish electric cell-substrate impedance sensing (ECIS) system for detecting of culture morphology and proliferation of cultured mammal cells in a real time, non-invasive and quantitative way, a cell based biosensor with 20 channel gold micro-electrode arrays (MEA) was designed in this study.
本研究采用微机械加工技术,在硅基底上设计了直径为20~50μm的20通道金微电极阵列(micro-electrode array,MEA),用以构建能实时、连续、定量跟踪哺乳动物细胞形态和增殖分化改变的细胞阻抗测试传感器(electric cell-substrate impedance sensing,ECIS),用于细胞与电极间的阻抗测试研究。
