补充资料：SCSI-3
1995年推出了SCSI-3，俗称UltraSCSI，全称为SCSI-3Fast-20ParallelInterface（数据传输率为20M/S）它采用了同步传输时钟频率提高到20MHZ以提高数据传输的技术，因此使用了16位传输的Wide模式时，数据传输即可达到40MB/s。其允许接口电缆的最大长度为1.5米。
