通过对目前高校学报存在问题的分析,提出了依据地域优势组建地域性高校联合期刊社的构想,认为创建联合期刊社有利于提高学报质量,创办特色栏目,形成品牌效应,并能够从体制上解决一般高校学报普遍存在的弊端,从而使一般高校学报真正发挥其应有的作用。
