| 通信网 communications network 在分处异地的用户之间传递信息的系统 。通信网的功能就是适应用户的需要，以用户满意的程度沟通网中任意两个或多个用户之间的信息交流 。通信网主要由3种设备构成：①终端设备，又称用户设备。用户与通信网之间的接口设备，其作用是把用户的消息与收发的电信号相互转换。②交换设备。在终端之间和局间进行路由选择、接续控制的设备。③传输系统。传输电信号的信道，包括有线、无线、光缆等线路。为使全网能合理协调地工作，还要有各种规定，如质量标准、网络结构、编号方案、信令方案、路由方案、资费制度等。通信网可从不同角度分类。按业务内容可分为电话网，电报网、图像网、传真网、数据网等；按服务对象可分为公用网、军用网、专用网等；按信号形式可分为模拟通信网、数字通信网；按传输媒介不同可分为有线通信网和无线通信网，而移动通信网则是近20年发展最快的无线通信网。电话通信网是建立最早、发展规模最大的通信网。从1878年第一部人工电话交换机投入使用，构成最早的电话通信网以后，已形成全球电话通信网。电话通信网的迅速发展为电报、传真等非话业务的发展奠定了基础。通信网的发展方向是逐步向综合业务数字通信网过渡。 |
