After analyzing and calculating the susceptibility curve and the secondary electron evolution, measures of reducing and inhibiting multipactor discharge are proposed.
本文以微波器件中的波束相互作用理论为基础,从物理机制上对微波源器件中的二次电子倍增效应进行分析评价;结合具体器件的结构构型,分别建立双边和单边两种动力学模型;讨论、分析和计算了二次电子倍增效应的敏感曲线和二次电子的时间演化规律,进而寻求减小或消除二次电子倍增效应的方法和途径。

Through the calculations of the susceptibility curves and the secondary electron evolution by using statistics and Monte Carlo simulation method,we analyzed the influence of the parameters of RF on multipactor discharge.
