A theoretical analysis is made to investigate the impact of adverse weather on signal timing,and then the optimization and microscopic traffic simulation are made on the signalized intersection′s signal timing under normal and adverse weather using the software of SYNCHRO and SIMTRAFFIC.

In order to increase safety level of driving on freeway,the paper analyzes the affecting mechanism of adverse weather conditions on road traffic safety such as rain,snow and fog.

The variation characteristics of these trace reactive gases and the factors which influenced them were analyzed under different weather conditions such as in sunny days,rainy days,hazy days and sand-dusty days.

The analytic methods considering the weather effect for power system reliability evaluation are studied,and consequently the mathematic model that can be used for evaluation of reliability indices in both adverse and normal weather conditions is established.

The change laws under different weather conditions every month have been analyzed detailedly,the results showed as follows:(1)In December,January and February,the minimum inside air temperatures below the lowest temperature that tomatoes can grow appeared on 8 o clock,and the time was postponed one hour in cloudy days.
