不分卷。日本小原良直校正。编于1804年。此书依日本医学家山田图南之《伤寒论集成》(1787年)、和多纪元简之《伤寒论辑义》(1801年)两书内容予以辑编成书。作者认为此两书为《伤寒论》最佳注本。但因其“卷页颇多，不便翻阅”，于是在“公私之暇，专本两书，旁及诸家注本，凡其所得者，随注之于各条之上，名曰：订字标注”。内容计有桂枝汤类、麻黄汤类、葛根汤类、柴胡汤类、栀子汤类、承气汤类、泻心汤类、白虎汤类、五苓汤类、四逆汤类、理中汤类、杂法方类共113方。其所收范围亦较广泛，采摭书目自《金匮要略方论》、《金匮玉函经》、《脉经》、《千金方》、《诸病源候论》、《外台秘要》、《医宗金鉴》、《伤寒集注》等共44部。考证论述颇为精详。凡伤寒论各版本、及诸注家之有不同点等，均采取眉批头注形式。保持原貌，书中并不掺杂己见。于研究《伤寒论》有一定价值。现存日本嘉永元年(1848年)群芳轩刻本。
