How to bring the educational function of media in high schools into play;

On the basis of the investigation on 15 colleges media education in Guangdong province,the article analyzed the basic condition and existing problems of college media education there and its reasons,and advanced the countermeasure of strengthening college media education.

At present, the ideological and political education function of the college media has been attached great importance, but this unique advantage of college media has not been excavated.

This paper studies the development of university media and the global information revolution explores role orientation and function extension of university media in order to face leisurely the arrival of information age, and exert its effect for the development of higher education and informational course on Chinese university campuses.

In this paper, based on the characteristics of university campus media and the audience, together with the principle and law of journalism and communication, an exploration is made into the effective approaches to the full exertion of the function of university campus media under the “three-closeness.
