In view of the existing recycling system of WEEE in China and based on the systematical analysis of its source,recycling channel and destination of WEEE,the base and the ideas of how to construct a standardized recycling system is put forward according to‘the Regulation on Take-back and Disposal of Waste Home Appliance (Draft for Comment)’.
