In this paper,the sufficient condition of stochastic robust stabilization of a class of uncertain neutral stochastic distributed time-delay systems is proposed by means of the stochastic Lyapunov stability theory and the It differential rule,and the sufficient condition of the robust H∞ controller is presented.
针对一类不确定中立随机分布时滞系统,利用随机Lyapunov稳定性理论和It微分法则,推导出系统的随机鲁棒可镇定的充分条件,并进一步给出了鲁棒H∞控制器存在的充分条件。

系统中一处或几处的信号传递有时间延迟的系统。蒸气和流体在管道中的流动,电信号在长线上的传递,都有时间延迟。含有这类元件的系统都是时滞系统。对于一个具体控制系统，时滞可能由测量元件或测量过程造成，也可能由控制元件和执行元件造成，或者由它们共同造成。严格地说，控制系统中时滞是普遍存在的，只有大小的不同。时滞系统是指时滞不能忽略的系统。如限于研究具有时滞的线性定常系统，若时滞时间为τ秒，则时滞特性的传递函数为e-τs。时滞系统属于非最小相位系统。（见时滞系统的稳定性）。
