GIS was used to be a basic running platform,by the means of cutting out the special and applicable function and carrying out the second development and conformity with the Microsoft COM technology,a dynamic monitoring system of weather actual value was built up.
利用地理信息系统(GIS)为基本运行平台,通过对其进行专用的服务应用的功能裁剪,并利用微软COM技术进行二次开发和整合,从而建立起内蒙古界内、融合空间地理信息的、具有区域专业性服务的天气实况自动化、流程化动态监测系统。

The main results are that:(1)The main cause of difference between the urban and the rural is the atmospheric pollution in the morning,and is the weather condition in the afternoon.
以低纬高原城市昆明为研究对象，分析了各种天气状况下城市内、外不同波长辐射的分布特征、变化规律及其差异，得出（１）造成城内外差异的主要原因午前是大气污染状况，而在污染程度较小的午后，则是天气状况；（２）各波长辐射日总量对午前总量的分配率受大气环境和天气状况的影响，城内外差异十分显著；（３）红外和紫外辐射的百分率值均大于大气上界的百分率值，而可见光则反之；各辐射百分率城内外差值午前午后显相反分布。

The change of particle pollution and noise with weather condition and vertical height has been discussed using dust monitoring instrument and AWA6218 noise statistic analysis instrument at high-rise building on Nongye Road,Zhengzhou City.
以空气颗粒物和噪声为研究对象,利用颗粒物监测仪和噪声仪,研究了颗粒物和噪声在不同天气状况下以及垂直方向上的变化规律,结果表明,(1)在0～56m之间,TSP、PM10随高度增加而减小,56～116m之间随高度增加而增大。

The weather condition affected the drying speed to a certain degree.
结果表明:水分散失均呈先快后慢的趋势,压扁处理显著快于未压处理;天气状况对失水速率有一定影响;未压扁处理集堆和打捆时间分别25和49 h,而压扁处理上述2个时间分别缩短至21和29 h。
