【商业银行经营预测方法】商业银行经营预测方法大致有两种:定量预测法和定性预测法。 (l)定量预测法。定量预测法是以历史数据为基础，运用数学方法或建立数学模型的方法进行预测。定量预测法又可分为时间数列预测法和因果预测法。 时间数列预测法的基本点是假定某一经济变量与时间相关，通过对过去历史数据的处理，建立某一经济变量与时间的函数关系，描述其发展趋势，然后求得未来预测值。属于这一类的有朴素预测法、趋势外推法、平滑法、分解法、自回归一移动平均法等。因果法的基本点是假定某一因素的变化与另一因素有关，运用相关分析，确定相关系数，通过历史数据的运算，建立模型，用自变量的变化来预测因变量的变化。属于这一类的有一元或多元回归、经济计量模型等。 (2)定性预测法。定性预测法是凭借经验和直观资料进行预测的方法。这种方法是在许多主要因素不能定量或者不易定量分析的情况下，充分发挥人的主观估计、推断能力的方法，如政策因素、社会心理因素、企业和家庭投资倾向等都不易定量分析，需要发挥人的主观估计和推断能力，用定性预测法预测。属于这一类方法的有个人经验法、主观概率法、特尔菲法等。 一般说来，定量预测法多用于即期、短期预测，定性预测法多用于中、长期预测。对于某些预测，需要将两种方法结合起来运用，以达到最优的效果。同时，在预测过程中，还应把业务部门的预测、管理部门的预测、企业的预测和经营预测结合起来，通过银行工作人员的调查、专访及与客户的多方接触和经常联系，掌握经济情况的新变化，提高经营预测的准确度〔
