ziyuan xinxi yonghu资源信息用户(userof~二es infonnation)资源信息的使用者。按用户规模，资源信息用户包括团体用户和个人用户。团体用户是以企事业单位团体的名义申请资源信息的使用权，个人用户则以私人名义申请使用权。按用户层次，资源信息用户可分为初级用户、中级用户和高级用户。初级用户一般仅对资源信息进行简单的查询检索和显示;中级用户则是在对资源信息进行查询检索的基础上，把获取的资源信息纳人专业领域的计算模型中，进行统计分析，预测评价等;高级用户则是在资源信息管理系统的基础上，通过与专业模型的有机结合，形成专业应用系统，并把专业系统产生的各种结果作为新的资源信息反馈到资源信息管理系统中。按资源信息的应用阶段，资源信息用户可分为中间用户和最终用户。中间用户不是资源信息的目的地，他要把资源信息的分析应用结果传递到最终用户，由最终用户利用这些信息对规划进行决策。此外，按照不同的应用领域，资源信息用户可分为多种专业用户。如农业用户、林业用户、环境用户等。(王世新)
