日本航空自卫队第四技术学校是日本培养航空自卫队通信、气象专业人员的学校。学校成立于1959年，校址在熊谷市。该校的主要任务是使学员掌握通信、气象及维修保养这类器材的知识和技能。
学校在校长、副校长之下设总务课、教务课、第1和第2教育部、研究部、维修部、业务部、学员队和少年兵学员队。学校有教职工700多人，其中军人600多人。
该校主要开设通信和气象等兵、军士、军官的专业技术课程。因为日本空军未设专门的少年兵学校，有关空军少年兵的基础教育也由该校承担，所以，该校还开设有少年兵基础课程及少年兵预提军士者课程。该校还担负对航空自卫队通信兵、气象兵部队的运用进行调查研究的任务。
