According to the method of short time power spectrum estimation which had the function of inertia filtering,the statistic average value of paper-making speed fluctuation signal period or frequency was obtained at arbitrary moment in case of giving up partial dynamic characteristics,and the method ability of anti-disturbance was verified with strong Gauss white noise and color noise.
采用具有惯性滤波作用的短时功率谱估计方法,在牺牲部分动态特性的情况下,通过时频分析获得任意时刻车速波动信号周期或频率的统计平均值,并以强幅度的高斯白噪声和有色噪声检验以上方法的抗干扰能力。
