The study first investigated into the existing problems of the Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) teacher training in universities and then applied blended learning training perspective to the ICT teacher training.
本研究是在对目前高校教师教育技术培训存在的问题进行调研的基础上,结合混合学习的培训理念,将混合学习的培训理念有效深入地应用到高校教师教育技术培训,归纳并总结出混合学习应用于高校教师教育技术培训的特点,提出基于混合学习的教师培训的设计内容与流程,并结合实践培训提出了混合学习教师培训的实施策略。

In view of the three disadvantages of the old system of metalworking pratice, the authors propose that the the course of training in modern industrial techniques be offered and the training center be eatablished to suit the development of science and technology, the educational system of higher schools and the changes in the objectives of training in the 21st century.
针对旧金工实习体系存在的三大弊端，提出了设置“现代工业技术培训”课程及内容的设想，建议成立现代工业技术培训研究和心，使之符合21世纪科技发展和高校教育体制、培养目标变化的新形势。

现代教育技术中心是学校的一个直属部门。现有正式职工20人，其中副高职称4人，中级职称9人，具有硕士学位8人，硕士导师3人，合同制工作人员33人，其中70％为本科生。承担着学校多媒体课件制作、摄影摄像、专题片制作、多媒体教学环境的设计与建设、多媒体教学设备的维护与管理、教师的教育技术培训、教育技术硕士点的教学与建设等多项工作。
几年来，中心研究开发了同声传译系统、视频展示台、教室设备控制系统、多媒体网络课件创作模板等项目，并获得多项校级、省级奖项。先后合作完成了30多部精品课程的课件，其中多门被评为国家级精品课程。
