文屏山为榆林奇观,其上于明嘉靖三十八年(1559)建有钟楼,四角攒光式,高6米,边宽2.4米。内悬高1.4米、口径1米,重450公斤铁钟一口,铸造于万历十七年(1590)。近年又复建文昌楼一座,成为新的旅游景点。
