pathological illusion
病理性错觉(pathologica!企Ilu、ion)对外界事物或自身歪曲的感知且不能通过验证而被纠正的错觉。病理性错觉一与生理性错觉的区别在于后者通过验证能够被纠正，是人们存石的正常心理现象，日常生活中屡见不鲜。正常人在光线暗淡、情绪紧张、等待状态、感官功能降低等情况下，可以出现错觉，但都能被纠正。病理性错觉也不同于幻觉，幻觉是对实际不存在的事物产生的虚幻的知觉。病理性错觉的病因有两方面，为中枢神经系统功能障碍和器质损害。根据错觉涉及的感官分类，有错听、错视、错味、错嗅、错触和内感受性错觉。临床上常见的病理性错觉是错听和错视。病理性错觉主要见于由各种器质性疾病引起的轻度意识障碍状态，也可见于瘾症、精神分裂症、躁郁症等疾病。 (李爱丽撰粱宝勇审)
