【说明】 根据《城市用地分类与规划建设用地标准》（GBJ137—90）的条文说明，专用绿地不列入城市用地分类中的绿地类，而从属于各类用地之中。如工厂内的绿地从属于工业用地，大学校园内的绿地从属于高等院校用地等等。
