A mathematical model of the sensor optimal distribution is established based on maximum information gain criteria,taking identity and priority of target into account.

To confirm the project of regional water resource development in a reasonable way so as to promote relevantly the sustainable economic development,a multi-objective programming model is developed for the optimal distribution of water resource in Songyuan city in view of system engineering,according to the present situation of water resource and future goals.
