Technology acceptance model and expectation confirmation theory model are two important behavioral models in the field of information technology adoption, and they respectively explain some influence factors of information system pre-adoption and post-adoption behavior.

From the individual and organizational perspectives,this paper discusses the current situation and features of the research on information system post-adoption behavior in foreign countries in the following aspects: theoretical development,model construction and empirical research,summarizes the related research in China and the existing shortages,and forecasts the future study.
