1.一种能将声音沿墙面传送的环形墙壁。因声波的波长比围墙半径小得多,声波以束状沿墙面连续反射前进,故靠墙轻声细语,在远处贴近墙面仍能听清。北京天坛南部的回音壁,建于明嘉靖九年(公元1530年),是砖砌圆形光滑的大围墙,高6米,直径65米。
