Through the compare of classical and quantum "Guess My Number"strategies,the advantages of the entanglement-assisted quantum strategy in the reduction of communication complexity are demonstrated in this paper.

Based on the combining of the quantum evolutionary algorithms (QEA) with the main mechanisms of clone,an improved evolutionary algorithm-quantum clonal evolutionary strategies (QCES) was proposed in this paper.

It also has made the case study with the systemic dynamic simulation method and the forecast and optimization of the adjustment policy variables with the variation of the carrying capacity indices of water environment.

Test results show that there are statistically significant profits for medium-term momentum strategy in the low volume portfolio,furthermore,buying and holding the low volume winner portfolio can significantly outperform the market portfolio.
