介绍了热辐射系数(灰度系数),它是纺织材料的重要物理性能之一,在纺织材料的鉴别、纺织产品的保暖性能等方面具有重要的作用,重点给出了SoC纺织织物灰度系数测试仪的硬软件设计方法,运用了FPGA的常用开发方法,并采用了在NIOS中挂SPI核,通过SPI总线来控制ADS7841(模数转换器),最后分析了灰度系数测试仪模型的设计与测量方法。
