性质:又称非洲防己碱,非洲防己胺,药托根茎碱。双苄基异喹啉类生物碱,未见有游离型存在。其碘化物为红黄色针状结晶,熔点208~210℃,溶于水和乙醇。其氯化物为黄色针状结晶,熔点206℃。其硝酸盐为黄棕色针状结晶(乙醇),熔点228~229℃(分解)。存在于防己科植物掌叶防己(掌状药根)[Jatrorrhiza palmate (DC.) Miers]的根,小檗科植物十大功劳(Mahonia japonica DC.)中。可用半合成方法制得。具有抗炎、抗心律不齐、抗微生物、解痉、收缩子宫等作用。
