In the light of the situation of the devices of the communication center of Hunan Branch of China Unicom,based on rationally sampling alarm signals from all fault devices, the centralized aural-visual alarm system (CAVAS), which iscontrolled by the 80C196KC microcomputer and built by the technology of the redundant design and disturbance rejection, isdesigned and implemented.
