Chaotic mechanism is introduced to normal BP algorithm on fault diagnosis of a certain missile testing equipment,in order to overcome the shortcomings that BP algorithm is usually trapped to a local optimum and it has a low speed of convergence weights,according to the advantage of global moving characteristic of chaotic mechanism.
在某型导弹测试设备故障诊断神经网络知识库的组建过程中,针对BP算法易陷入局部极小、收敛速度慢的缺点,将混沌机制引入常规模糊神经网络算法,利用混沌机制固有的全局游动,逃出权值优化过程中存在的局部极小点,解决了网络训练易陷入局部极小点的问题。

This paper uses the connection number to express the time uncer- tainty and time delay caused by unknown or unforeseen factors and unexpected incident for missile testing process.
针对传统的网络计划技术存在的缺陷,引用联系数的理论对传统技术方法加以改进,用它可以较好地刻画导弹测试中因未知或难以估计的因素所引起的测试时间不确定性以及由突发事件引发的时间变化,从而形成一种有别于传统但更加符合工程实际的网络计划方法。
