日本计算机化的图书馆情报网络。1986年 4月建立,1989年4月成员包括91所大学的图书馆和情报机构。该网络的数据库由成员馆和学术情报中心协作建立，到1989年共有23个数据库，包括：日文和西文学术期刊联合目录,美英等国西文图书期刊机读目录和规范文档,日文书刊机读目录和规范文档，日本文部省资助科研经费研究成果报告提要,日本大学博士论文索引,电气、控制、情报等学会的学术研讨会概要，美国《工程索引》、《工程会议索引》、《科技会议录索引》等,目录记录达1560万条(1989)。
该网络的功能是汇集馆藏信息并提供情报检索服务，此外还提供了电子邮件服务、数值情报和图像情报服务。1990年初开始与美国 NSF等国际数据库联网。
