Based on the modeling and simulation software 20-sim developed by Control Engineering Group in University of Twente(The Netherlands),a Enew method is derived for modeling and simulation for piston pump by using bond graph.

In general,a double cylinder single acting piston pumps rotates at a constant speed,this results in considerable fluctuation in the flow curve.

In order to accurate measure the actual discharging volume of the piston pump,according to the discharging volume calculation principle of the reciprocating piston pump,the actual discharging volume of the piston pump was calculated base on the measurement method of the inhaled volume efficiency.
