补充资料:自激多谐振荡器
      一种阻容耦合式的矩形波发生器,简称多谐振荡器。它因振荡波形中含有丰富的谐波而得名。在习惯上,人们只将阻容耦合式的矩形波发生器称为多谐振荡器,而把采用变压器耦合的强反馈振荡器称为间歇振荡器。
  
  多谐振荡器无须外界触发即能直接产生矩形波,电路也较简单,所以在脉冲和数字系统中得到广泛的应用。这种振荡电路之所以能产生矩形波,主要是因为:①电路中有很强的正反馈,各极电压能快速变化并使晶体管进入较深的截止或饱和状态;②电路中一般没有选择性很强的谐波滤除电路(或至少在输出端上没有),输出信号中谐波成分十分丰富。
  
  传统的多谐振荡器是由两级倒相放大器经电阻电容耦合并连接成正反馈环路构成(见图)。它的工作过程与单稳态触发器相似(见触发器),所不同的是多谐振荡器的两个状态都是准稳态,因而不需要任何外加触发脉冲便能不停地产生矩形波。图中的两组耦合元件 R1C1和R2C2分别决定一个周期内两个矩形波的宽度。在集成电路出现后,也可用两个反相器来代替图中的两级晶体管倒相放大器或用专用单片电路来构成。
  
  
  多谐振荡器的主要缺点是频率稳定性很差。一种解决办法是引入石英晶体谐振器进行稳频。另外一个缺点是受晶体管饱和和寄生参量的影响工作频率不高。一种较好的解决办法是采用电流型电路。
