In this paper,by introducing the homomorphism in algebra and "coarse" in physics into consisting bases of the amino acid synonymy codon,these concepts of σ-, τ-and στ are presented for nucleotide components of amino acids in protein,and the numerical description method of relating amino acid characteristic sequences in proteins is given.
