Based on the study on triangle or trapezoidal fuzzy network plans,this paper analyzed the feasibility of determining the critical path of fuzzy network plan with S-type membership function,and pointed out the problems when using the zero total float time to determine the critical path of fuzzy network plan,and therefore the concept of correlation area was suggested.
