弱脉

    脉来细软而沉,柔弱而滑的脉象。弱脉多见于气血不足的虚证。血虚脉道不充,则脉细;气虚则脉搏乏力,则脉沉软而无力。弱脉须与相似脉濡脉相区别。弱脉、濡脉在脉势上均细软而无力,但弱脉须沉按始得;而濡脉则轻取即有  ,稍用力则无。弱脉与弦脉为相反的脉象。临床上,弱脉常同涩、细、数等脉兼见。
