配料:葱段、姜片、盐
做法:1.将猪肚洗净,放入沸水中汆烫,撇去浮油。
2.莲藕洗净,去皮切块。
3.将所有原料放入锅中煮沸,再用小火煮1小时左右,加入精盐调味即可。
