性质:注射-压缩模塑用不饱和聚酯模塑料。ZMC不表示实在含义,包含三层意义——模塑料、注射模塑机械、模具。由于使用注射-压缩模塑成型,对玻纤破坏性小,定向性也小,制品机械强度(尤其是冲击强度)明显高于BMC。以汽车面板为例,冲击强度较BMC注射产品提高117%,弯曲弹性模量提高38%,弯曲强度提高5%(两种模塑料的玻纤含量均为25%)。ZMC的玻纤长度一般为25mm,类似于BMC。生产速度明显高于SMC。主要用于注射-压缩成型。
