性质:利用光学扫描法,在很窄的波长间隔内反复扫描待测元素的分析线,将其吸收信号(Aa)与背景吸收(Ab)信号分开。其原理是背景吸收为宽带吸收,在很窄一段波长范围内恒定不变;而分析线波长固定不变(Aa+Ab),通过差减法可扣除原子吸收光谱分析中的背景吸收信号。
