This article introduceds the technology of VoIP QoS,and the two main QoS-solving models----IntServ and DiffServ,and discusses their working principles,characters and their applications in VoIP;then the advantages and disadvantages of the two QoS models are analyzed and compared,and a new model which combines the two models is discussed and analyzed.

《埃维昂协议》 vian Agreement法国承认阿尔及利亚独立的协议。法国政府和阿尔及利亚共和国临时政府为结束阿尔及利亚战争于1962年3月7～18日在法国埃维昂谈判，3月18日签署法阿协议的“总声明”，即《埃维昂协议》。协议规定1962年3月19日在阿尔及利亚全境结束军事行动，法国承认阿尔及利亚人民有权行使自决权，成立一个独立和主权的国家，法国承认阿尔及利亚民族解放阵线为“合法新政治组织”。法国3年内分批从阿尔及利亚撤出全部军队，但保留米尔斯克比尔（现凯比尔港）的海军基地，租借期15年，法国承担向阿尔及利亚提供为期3年的经济援助。法国公司则保持它们在阿尔及利亚的石油租借权。法国在1962年4月8日举行公民投票，以压倒多数赞成《埃维昂协议》。同年7月1日，阿尔及利亚人民一致投票赞成国家独立，持续7年半的阿尔及利亚战争至此结束。
