Carassius auratus;crucian carp

   鲤形目鲤科鲫属的一种。身体似鲤,但体较扁而高;头小,眼大,无须;背鳍基部较长,背鳍、臀鳍均具有带锯齿的粗壮硬刺。为广布、广适性鱼类,遍及亚洲东部寒温带至亚热带的江河、湖泊、水库、池塘、稻田和水渠等水体,以水草丛生的浅水湖汊和池塘为多。生活力强。食物包括浮游生物、底栖动鲫物及水草等。繁殖力强。在华东、华南 1龄可达性成熟。
   鲫为中小型鱼类,一般在250 克左右。肉质细嫩,味鲜美,是重要的食用经济鱼类。生活在不同环境和水系的鲫 ,其性状和体色都会有一定的变异和分化;特别是经过养殖 、选育,产生很多品种,成为人们喜爱的观赏鱼类——金鱼。
