性质:萃取剂是螯合剂,一般是有机弱酸或弱碱,它们与金属离子生成难溶于水的中性螯合物分子,就能被有机溶剂萃取。例如,丁二酮肟与镍,双硫腙与锌等都是典型的螯合物萃取体系。常用的螯合剂还有8-羟基喹啉、铜铁试剂、乙酰丙酮、噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮(TTA)等。螯合物萃取的特点是反应灵敏度高,适用于分离少量或微量组分。
