性质:扫描电镜样品的一种处理方法。某些样品(如生物样品)因其表面附有黏液或体内的水分等,用扫描电镜观察前需进行干燥处理。普通干燥方法常因试样受到液体表面张力影响而变形,影响观测结果㈠临界点干燥法则将试样与碳酸混合,放于加压容器中加热,在31℃,0.73MPa的临界点时,碳酸逐渐放出CO2而使样品得以干燥又不改变样品表面形貌。
