【圆盘电泳】(discelectriphoresis)“不连续电泳”的俗称。一种区带电泳。系用丙烯酰胺和N，N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺在玻璃管中聚合的凝胶为支持介质。电泳槽与凝胶中的缓冲液系统和pH值不相同，故有不连续电泳之称。又由于玻璃管中电泳后，被分离的组分的区带如圆盘形状，故又称“圆盘电泳”。常用于分析蛋白质。由于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶具有多孔结构，电泳中起分子筛作用，对蛋白质组分有很高的分辨率，样品仅需50-200微克蛋白质。
