手扶拖拉机 walking tractor 一种小型拖拉机。又称园圃拖拉机。由驾驶员扶着扶手架控制操纵机构,牵引或驱动配套农具进行作业。结构简单,一般由机架、动力装置、传动系、行走装置、转向系、制动器及操纵机构等组成。功率较小,一般多采用卧式单缸柴油机,发动机的动力由三角皮带传给传动系,由离合器控制动力的转速。根据动力大小可分为2.2千瓦以下、2.2~4.5千瓦、5~13千瓦3个等级。按作业性能可分为驱动型、牵引型和驱动牵引兼用型。驱动型主要配套旋耕机、推土铲、中耕机、施肥机等作业,故又称动力耕耘机。牵引型主要配套牵引式农具,如铧式犁、播种机、小型收割机和挂车等作业。兼用型既可配套旋耕机作业,又可配套牵引农具作业或配上挂车进行运输作业。按行走装置可分为轮式、履带式和耕耘式。为改善驾驶员的工作条件,中国生产的手扶拖拉机增加支承轮并安装座位,成为乘座型拖拉机。耕耘式手扶拖拉机又称无轮式手扶拖拉机,其特点是没有驱动轮,而是在驱动轴上装设旋转耕耘部件,对土壤进行耕作并向前行走。其动力还可带动水泵、农船挂桨和农副产品加工机械,有些地区还设置了通用机架,可换装多种工作部件进行多种作业。
