国家环境保护最佳实用技术
国家环境保护最佳实用技术在一定时期内与国家经济技术水平相适应的现实可行的保护环境的最佳技术，包括应用研究、科研攻关、技术开发、新产品研制、引进技术消化吸收等各类成果，也包括一部分软科学研究成果。美国国家环保局推行环境保护最佳实用技术已有多年历史。中国国家环保局近年来通过对现有成果的筛选、评价和推广，于1991年在全国推荐的744项实用技术中，评定出国家环保最佳实用技术73项其中，A类n项，指工艺成熟可靠，社会、经济和环境效益明显，用户容易采用的技术;B类63项，指在工艺技术的成熟程度、效果、难易程度及运行稳定性方面均逊于A类，尚需在实际推广应用中改进和提高。美国国家环保局近年来还制定了推广适用技术的规划，它分成两部分:一部分是以较成熟的技术为主的示范项目，最终进入商业性应用;另一部分为新兴技术的开发。毫无疑义，最佳适用技术的推广、应用.必将推进中国和世界各国环保事业的健康发展。
