    分布于全国各地及世界其他各国。 
    无翅孤雌蚜体长1.9毫米,宽寸毫米。头、胸、腹为黄、  绿或淡黄色。前胸与中胸背有时有灰黑色斑、第2-6腹节  有缘斑,第7、8节色斑呈短横带状。体表有清楚的网状纹  缘瘤指状,于前胸及1-7节各有1对。头部有毛40根;腹  节各有中毛1对,缘毛1-2对。中额隆起、额瘤不明显;  触角5节。有翅孤雌蚜体长2毫米,头、胸呈黑色,腹部色  淡,腹斑明显而多,第2-4节缘斑明显且大. 
   棉和瓜类的重要害虫,常造成棉叶卷缩成团,使棉株  发育不良和蕾铃脱落。第一寄主为石榴、花椒、木槿和多  种鼠李属植物、第二寄主为棉花和瓜类。
