The objective of this experiment was to investigate the characteristic distribution of nuclear sterile multiple allele genes of Chinese cabbage in 3 ecotype cabbage lines.
为了摸清大白菜核不育复等位基因在3种生态型大白菜品系中的分布特性,利用基因型为MsMs的大白菜纯合显性雄性不育株为母本,与68个正常可育的直筒、卵圆和平头型大白菜可育品系杂交,统计后代育性分离比例,鉴定各品系基因型,计算不同生态型可育品系在核不育位点上的基因频率和基因型频率。

单座位复等位基因同工酶是指同一座位上的不同等位基因所编码的酶蛋白。例如胎盘碱性磷酸酶（placental alkaline phosphatase,plap）是一种典型的复等位基因编码的酶，plap为二聚体，基因定位于2q37，依电泳速度可分3种变异型即慢（s）、中（i）、快（f）型，它们受3个复等位基因pls、pli及plf控制，每种基因分别编码s、i、f三种同工酶（g6pd）和腺苷酸激酸（ak）的同工酶即属此类。
