According to the biological characteristic of Ilex kudingcha and the principle of picking tea ,applying ages, picking extent and picking method three factors and three levels layout ,the ways of achieving the output of Ilex kudingcha tea during earlier period and promoting Ilex kudingcha to shape tree was explored.
