| 扁鲨目 Squatiniformes；angelsharks 软骨鱼纲的一目。仅1科1属约13种。体平扁；吻很短而宽；胸鳍宽大并向头侧延伸游离如袍袖，旧称袖鲛，西方俗称天使鱼或僧鱼；眼上位；口宽大，亚前位；牙上、下颌同型，细长单齿头型；鼻孔前位；鳃孔 5 个，宽大，延伸至腹面 ；背鳍 2 个，无硬棘 。广泛分布于热带及温带的大西洋、地中海和太平洋，非洲南部东岸也有分布。中国有 4 种。为黄海和东海次要经济鱼类，在黄海产量较大，为渔业捕捞对象之一。东海产量较少，为底曳网兼捕鱼类。
