[Method] Randomly divide 90 cases into treatment group(60) and control one(30),the control one was treated with progesterone and HCG;the treatment group with miscarriage prevention of notifying kidney and spleen,both for 2w,then observe the changes of vaginal bleeding,lumbar ache,abdomen pain,B ultrasonic and blood progestin before and after treatment.
[方法]将90例患者随机分成两组,治疗组60例,对照组30例;对照组用黄体酮、HCG治疗;治疗组采用补肾健脾安胎法治疗,均连续治疗2周,观察治疗前后阴道流血、腰酸、腹痛、B超、血孕酮等变化。
